I have a short video that is almost 15 minutes and there is no way to make it shorter to tell what is told. Its really special one and I would love to enter it in this contest is it ok if its more than 10 minutes? can there be exception?

Please do submit your film – your colleagues will be asked to make their comments based on at least the first ten minutes, but will of course have the option to view and comment on the whole 15 minutes. If they are engaged by your work, which I certainly hope will be the case, I imagine that they will watch until the end. Ultimately, it is ‘la Republique’ – you and the other participants – that will make the decision, and not us
